St. Albert Homes $500K–$800K

Here’s what’s actually on the market in St. Albert right now between $500,000 and $800,000.

The list updates on its own as homes come on and go under contract, so it’s current whenever you open it.

This is the middle of the St. Albert detached market. Through September 2026, the median St. Albert detached sale was $597,000, according to the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton — so most of the city’s detached homes trade inside this range.

What’s worth knowing about this price range is how much room it gives you. Almost everything here is a detached home, and the spread runs from 1970s places in the established central neighbourhoods — Grandin, Mission, Lacombe Park — through the 90s builds in Deer Ridge and Oakmont, all the way to brand-new construction in Cherot. Most are three to five bedrooms.

So the real question isn’t whether you’ll find something at this number. It’s whether you’d rather have the mature trees and the bigger lot, or a new build with nobody else’s renovations to live with.

Other ranges: under $500K · $800K and up. For the current month’s figures, see the St. Albert market update.

If your range is different from this, tell me the number and I’ll set up a list that matches it.
