You are knowledgeable and anticipated many of the questions we had about buying a country home (and about selling our city home). I was so glad to have your recommendations and straightforward answers about any problems we might encounter. Also, I know you were up pretty late with our texts on the night of the purchase, so thank you for being so committed to getting us the best deal! Now that is all done, I've thought a couple of times, "I can't believe that we didn't have any problems and that it all went so smoothly." I know that was, in great part, due to you.
